Why can't I schedule a racquetball court for doubles play?

That is a function that will be implemented in a future release. Right now, that functionality is not supported.

I'm not receiving the email notifications. Why?

There may be instances (for whatever reason) where the emails show up in your email programs spam folder. If the email is not there either, email our support team and we'll help as much as we can.

I don't see any racquetball facilities in my state to choose from. Why?

The initial rollout of this website is for the state of Indiana. If you have a gym with racquetball courts that you want to see listed, please contact us and we'll see about adding it to our database.

I have an active court, but I selected the wrong user to play and now the court is "CLOSED." What do I do?

Play the person you selected.

I can't make the court time listed. What do I do?

Call the facility where the court is posted and let the front desk staff know what's going on so they can relay the message to your opponent.

Someone posted a nasty comment about me on the comments page.

We are all for trash talk, but do not condone mean-spirited comments. Let us know who the user was that posted the comment and we will remove and comment and the user from the website.

I see I can update my profile, but can I change my username?
